A sailboat is different: it's a closed system that demands a contribution from everyone, from the CEO to the new hire. You can't delegate, you can't check your phone. There's only the shared here-and-now.

The result isn't "doing team building." It's having done something together that gets retold for years.

Half-day Coastal

Afternoon coastal sail. Dockside brief, navigation, on-board cocktail on return. Perfect as the closing for a corporate convention.

1 DAY · 8–60 PEOPLE

Full day with lunch on board or in a cove. Optional closing mini-regatta. Our most-requested classic.

Weekend Sailor

3 DAYS · 6–30 PEOPLE

Friday to Sunday. Sleep on board or in a hotel. Mini-cruise between coves with a small port for dinner.

Island Hopping

7 DAYS · 6–20 PEOPLE

Full week between islands, Aeolian, Cyclades, BVI, Grenadines. High-end crewed yachting with on-board chef.
