Sail Republic was founded in 2014 by professional skippers and corporate event organizers. For over ten years we have designed sailing experiences for companies, institutions and private groups, with a tailored approach and a curated fleet across three continents.
We don't sell charters. We build programs: competitive regattas, experiential training, on-board conferences, leadership retreats. Every event is designed around the client's objectives, not the other way around.
