The story
Sail Republic was founded in 2014 by skippers, event organizers and trainers who shared the same feeling: that sailing deserved to leave the world of closed clubs and become a language for companies.
We started with a fleet of three J/70s in Punta Ala. Our first corporate event was for a Milan-based consulting firm: twelve partners, two race rounds, an improvised awards ceremony on the dock.
Since then we have organized over 600 events across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Atlantic and Indian Ocean. We work with Fortune 500 companies, business schools, communications agencies and private groups. Every event is different. Every event holds the same promise: a real experience, no theatrics.
Our values
Our entire fleet is certified. All our skippers hold Yacht Master Ocean credentials or equivalent. No compromises, ever.
Our regattas are real regattas. Our training is real training. No choreography, nothing fake.
