Corporate regattas
What it is
Each team gets an identical boat, the same experienced skipper, the same weather. What makes the difference is the crew: how they organize, how they communicate, how they decide under pressure.
Our regattas use one-design formats: J/70, Swan 42, Bavaria 35 Match. Five to eight people per boat, three to five rounds, ninety minutes each. Real clock, real jury, real awards.
When you return to harbor in the evening, something has changed, and it's not just the standings.
What's included
Identical boats, fully equipped and serviced. Races are won with the head, not the gear.
Each crew has a professional on board: directs maneuvers, lets participants make decisions.
Marks, starts, finish line, live ranking. Official format aligned with World Sailing rules.
Professional material delivered within 48 hours. Editable storyboard for internal or external use.
The program
Coffee at the clubhouse, crew introductions, technical briefing, race rules, boat assignments.
Out to sea. Each round lasts roughly 50 minutes on a windward-leeward course. Roles rotate on board.
Curated catering. Informal debrief, first tactical observations.
Back at sea. The teams have learned, now it gets serious.
Trophy for the winning crew, technical prizes (best start, best gybe). Dinner optional.
